LAHORE : Property Transfer not bound by the Court Decree!
In a meeting presided by the Vice Chairman LDA SM imran, it has been decided that now legal heirs of the deceased will not have to obtain court decree for getting the property transferred. Instead of the Court Decree family registration certificate issued by NADRA will be used for the transfer of property from deceased to his legal heirs.
This pleasant development has been appreciated by common people because it will not only save their time and money but also sort out complexities of inheriting the property in a better and simple way. LDA Officials have also positively appreciated the decision because it will help them to facilitate people without any hassle.
