Pattoki : Ten Judges Abandon Work After Local Bar President’s Misbehaviour

 

Ten Judges of Pattoki have applied for leave of ten days as a protest after a misbehaviour conducted by the President of Local Bar Council. As per our sources it has been reported that an unpleasant event took place in the Court of Honourable Civil Judges Mahajabeen and Khalid Mehmood Warraich.

While speaking to media one Civil Judge has revealed that the concerned authorities have not taken any action against the Misbehaviour of Bar President. Apart from that it has been informed that the Session Judges will take up this matter in front of registrar of the Lahore High Court.

Additional District and Session Judges Farrukh Hussain, Muhammad Ishfaq, Tariq Masood and Civil Judges Khalid Mehmood Warraich, Mehtaab Hussain Shah, Iram Ali Malik, Mujahid Kareem, Shamroz Iftikhar, Mahajabeen and Asma Rasheed have submitted a common signed application in which they have revealed that on 2nd December, 2020 Local Bar President Mudassir Naeem Bhatti allegedly drunk, came to the Court of Civil Judge Mahajabeen and started threatening her for grave consequences.

Same act of misbehaviour was repeated by the Local Bar President Mudassir Naeem Bhatti in the Court of Civil Judge Khalid Mehmood Warraich. It is necessary to mention that it is not the first incident of misbehaviour with the Judges, meanwhile registrar of the Lahore High Court had requested the District and Session Judges to report a list of such incidents in last two years including any particular results or outcomes of the same.
